#AustrianGP: With full throttle to next opportunity

  • 08.08.2019

At this weekend’s Austrian Grand Prix, Jonas Folger is aiming for significant progress.

Jonas Folger will also replace the Malaysian Khairul Idham Pawi during round eleven of the season. The decision was only made after last Sunday’s race in Brno. In his fifth race with the PETRONAS Sprinta Racing Team, Folger is determined to score points. The 25-year-old can count on the support of many fans from almost neighbouring Bavaria in Styria.

#94 Jonas FOLGER (PETRONAS Sprinta Racing, KALEX):

“I’m looking forward to Spielberg. This track has a completely different character than Brno. I think that after last weekend we know exactly where we need to pull the lever in order to improve our level of performance. We all must pull together and everyone must do its best to make the long overdue steps forward. We finally need a decent result in the race as well as we want to move forward at all. We have the next chance this weekend to show our abilities. So, our goals are clearly defined which are to make significant progress compared to the last races. Therefore, we will use every session and give our maximum.”
