His main goal was to get used to both the KTM RC16 and the track, making adjustments that suit both him and his riding style. His personal best time was 2´06.529 and he will continue to work hard on Saturday to be as prepared as possible for his first MotoGP™ race in six years.

#94 Jonas FOLGER (GASGAS Factory Racing Tech3, KTM RC16)

“Today was a real challenge for me, but I am happy with my first day and also happy to be back with my old mates in Tech3. I still have a lot to learn and of course I need to get used to the bike more. We still have to work a bit on the ergonomics so that the bike better fits my requirements. I really need the next two days to get more familiar with it, so we will keep working hard and then arrive in Jerez in two weeks in the best possible shape.”
